Tri-County Medical Clinic is a multifaceted family medicine practice that provides compassionate and comprehensive medical care for patients of all ages – from children to geriatric patients.

Our experienced family doctors are board certified in family medicine and geriatrics. Our medical team provides care in many different settings, including our outpatient family practice in Sterling Heights and  as well as at nursing homes and convalescent centers. Tri-County Research Inc., our clinical research division, offers an extensive experience in various therapeutic areas, including, but not limited to: diabetes mellitus type 2, dyslipidemia, asthma, COPD, weight loss, and hypertension. In addition, we offer a wide range of cosmetic skin care services through our dedicated aesthetic division, Troy Laser Center.

Our board certified family and geriatric physician, Dr. Kenneth Wolok, is one of the original founders of Tri-County Medical Clinic. 
Dr. Kenneth Wolok was then joined by Dr. Jeffrey Deitch.

They have been practicing family medicine and geriatrics while collaborating together as partners for over 3 decades. Dr. Kenneth Wolok provides the additional benefit of his expertise as a cosmetic physician with over 15 years of hands-on experience in anti-aging aesthetics to include facial filler injections, Botox, laser skin rejuvenation, and laser assisted hair loss treatments. It is not only the patients who are treated like a part of family at Tri-County Medical Clinic, but the employees as well; majority of our staff, to include our clinic manager, front desk manager, our nurse practitioners, and medical assistants have been with our practice for over 10 years!

Tri-County Medical Clinic offers a comprehensive range of healthcare services to the entire family- from pediatric to geriatric patients.

Our board certified family physicians place special emphasis on preventative care and treating the patient as a whole, both on the inside and outside, and at every stage of life. By caring for patients’ not only physical, but emotional and well being, our physicians  prevent and treat a wide range of health conditions while, at the same time, building long-lasting relationships with their patients.  Our services include geriatric and family medicine as well as cosmetic anti-aging services under Troy Laser Center division.

It was over 40 years ago when Dr. Kenneth Wolok and Dr. Jeffery Deitch, after post-graduate training, joined a local family practice.

After working for the practice for a year , both doctors felt they have acquired sufficient experience and knowledge to serve their own patient base. The desire to have more control over the decision making process, driven by the satisfaction of helping patients achieve significant life-changing health improvements fueled the opening of Tri-County Medical Clinic. Word of mouth spread among the local community and the practice grew and exponentially expanded; by 1998, Dr. Jeffrey Deitch joined the practice as a partner. The vision became unanimously crystal clear – provide state-of-art comprehensive family medical care with specialization in geriatrics.

Today, four decades later, Tri-County Medical Clinic has fulfilled its mission and continues on excelling in providing comprehensive family care as one of the most prestigious family medical clinics in the Detroit Tri-County area.

Our board certified physicians have been serving our patients together for over three decades from the same location in Sterling Heights. As a part of our comprehensive medical treatment approach, our facility provides not only family and geriatric care, but also podiatry and cardiology services. The facility offers multiple treatment rooms  equipped with the latest in necessary medical equipment, a designated X-ray room, an on-site Beaumont operated lab, and an ample reception/waiting room area with designated check-in and check-out, allowing for a smooth and effortless patient experience.
